Kate Spade Review: Handbag and Jewelry

Kate Spade! One of my favorite designer brands! Kate Spade has been a brand I have been into for a long time so I’m super excited to share my Kate Spade Review. I visited a Kate Spade store for the first time back in January 2019 at the Prudential Center in Boston. My favorite things from Kate Spade are their bags and their jewelry!

I tried out Kate Spade jewelry through my Le Tote trial. (a fashion subscription). And I really liked their jewelry but did not purchase any just because I’m waiting to buy some when I get a good deal.

My Satchel Purse

Recently, I was on the hunt for a new purse. Crossbody bags weren’t really working for college. With a backpack and a heavy jacket on having a crossbody bag attached to me made it hard to get settled down in a seat and move from class to class. That’s why I decided to buy a satchel. A satchel is a larger purse that comes with a handle and is held by the hand. This makes it easy for me to move around and it can store a lot more things than my crossbody for a long day.

I bought the Patterson Drive Small Dome Satchel. This debuted on 05/31/2019 and was originally $299. This purse was on sale for $69 plus 15% off with my UNIDAYS Student Discount! I bought this purse in about late February of 2020.

This purse is made out of caviar embossed leather. It comes with two interior slip pockets and an optional and adjustable strap. Dimensions are 7.2″h x 9.6″w x 4.1″d with a drop length of 22 inches and handle drop of 4.5 inches. And I love how it comes with the optional strap so I can wear it in two different ways!

  • Affordable Luxury- Although Kate Spade is a designer brand it’s one of the more affordable designer brands in my opinion. Most things are under $500 unless you dive into the Home section where there’s more expensive items.
